ibiana is a mystery game that anyone can enjoy. It's a free and fun 10-minute daily game that will challenge your mind and help you learn about unique places.

The word "ibiana" is pronounced "ee-bee-ah-nuh". It's a conjunctive version of:

ibi - an astro-tourist visiting Earth, and
ana - a collection of miscellaneous information about a particular place

Ibi is an astro-tourist from another world who came to explore Earth and its curious creatures. Ibi is currently visiting cool spots across the United States. Can you find where ibi is today? You can follow ibi's travels here:

How to Play 'Where's ibi?'

The goal is to find the location that ibi is visiting today. You do that by finding the state ibi is in (level 1), and then locating the place ibi is at (level 2).

You have 4 total hints that you can request, and 8 guesses to solve the mystery.

On both levels, colors will help you locate ibi. Going from cold to hot, each color will indicate how close you are to finding ibi:

You can also use Google (level 1 and level 2), as well as Google Maps (level 2) to help you research and find locations based on the hints your request.

You can request two hints during level 1 and two hints during level 2 (4 total). You must make a guess between each hint to request an additional hint.

Players only get 8 guesses per game, so use those wisely! You can use those guesses however you see fit during both levels of the game.

No. Each player is granted a "buffer radius". This circle gives you some room for error in case you are super close to the actual location, but not right on top of it. That radius will get bigger or smaller depending on how large/small that specific state is.

Where's ibi? is a 10-minute daily search and mystery game tracing where ibi is visiting today. We don't want to consumer your time like some games do, so instead we invite you to challenge your mind once each day and try to solve the mystery!
